Uncovering My Child's Gifts & Talents

Each one has his own 

gift from God,

 one in this manner

 and another in that.

It encourages me constantly. It sits on my windowsill. I change it daily. I share it with others. I received it as a gift. I would love to give it to another mom someday. What is it, you ask?
