JEREMIAH 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, “They
are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
Do you ever question why you walked through a particularly
tough time I your life? Maybe you are questioning one now? Are there
characteristics in your kids that you have a difficult time accepting or finding peace in? Are you having a hard time accepting your current financial situation?
How is your marriage? Are you working through a tough time or maybe you
have walked through one and are experiencing the relief and joy on the other
side of it?
The verse above tells us God knows all the struggles He has
for us, our children, and our spouses. He uses every, yes every, one to prosper
us not to harm us. It may feel that there is no rainbow or silver lining as it
may, but God knows the ending. You may not see the “reason” of walking though
your trial for years. You may NEVER know why God allowed something to happen but
be reassured that there is a reason and it will be revealed to you in Heaven
face to face with our Savior and King!
Maybe you feel your past sins have brought condemnation to
you, or you are paying for the things you once did? God says no! John 3:18 says
There is NO judgment against ANYONE who believes in HIM!.... So you can rest
assured that if you have accepted Jesus as your savior, no matter the trial it
is for your good!!
I personally walked through one of the hardest trials of my
life 14 years ago and God is now allowing me to use it to encourage others! To
point them to Him!! 14 years of hurt, now light!! My friends, put on the full
armor of God daily, walk without fear of temptation because you are bathed in
the word and are ready for the battle! Know that God’s army is greater than
satan’s every day!! Know that HE knows your circumstances and He can’t wait for
the day you will use those same circumstances to glorify HIM.
Verses to remember:
1 Corinthians 10:13 The temptations in your life are no
different from what others experience and God is faithful. He will not allow
the temptation to be more then you can stand. When you are tempted He will show
you a way out so that you can endure
Ephesians 6:10-18 (The full armor of God)
